Create Ticket

POST 

/api/v1/ticketing/:organizationId/collections/:collectionsId/tickets

Creates a new ticket within the specified organization. Ticket types include:

  • Jira: Issues Types (type: "task" | "bug" | "story" | "epic" | "sub-task")
  • Linear: Issues (type: "bug" | "feature" | "improvement")
  • ServiceNow: Records (type: "incident" | "problem" | "change_request")
  • GitHub: Issues (type: "task" | "bug" | "feature")
  • Azure DevOps: Work Items (type: "task" | "bug" | "user story" | "issue" | "feature" | "epic")
  • Salesforce: Cases (type: "incident" | "task")
  • GitLab: Issues (type: "issue" | "incident" | "problem" | "task" | "feature")
