Unizo Console
The Unizo Console is a web-based interface for configuring integrations, managing integrations lifecycles, debugging issues, and monitoring system activity. It centralizes operational tools for developers integrating with the Unizo platform.
1. Access
Console URL:
https://app.unizo.ai
Access requires an active Unizo account and the appropriate role-based permissions. For first-time access, follow the Account Setup Guide.
2. Integration Configuration
Integration setup in the console is organized into Connectors, Webhooks, and Connect UI modules.
2.1 Connectors
Defines and manages authentication and data push a with third-party services. Common actions:
- Add/remove connectors
- Configure credentials and secrets
- Set sync schedules or polling intervals
- Test connection status
2.2 Webhooks
Manages HTTP endpoints that receive real-time event data from Unizo. Features:
- Create and edit webhook URLs
- Define event types to subscribe to
- Configure retries and backoff policies
- View delivery logs and error details
2.3 Connect UI
Embeddable user interface components for enabling customer-managed authentication flows with third-party platforms. Customizable for branding, supported connection types, and post-auth redirects.
3. Security & Access
3.1 API Keys
Generates scoped access credentials for programmatic integration. Capabilities:
- Create keys per environment
- Rotate or revoke keys without service downtime
- Assign role-based access restrictions
3.2 BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
Allows customers to supply their own encryption keys for sensitive data storage. Supported key providers: AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, GCP KMS.
3.3 BYOL (Bring Your Own Log)
Configures external log shipping to your own SIEM or logging infrastructure for compliance or auditing.
4. Monitoring & Diagnostics
4.1 Home Dashboard
Provides a high-level view of integration status, request volumes, and error rates.
4.2 Integration Monitoring
Tracks runtime health for each integration:
- Uptime status
- Latency trends
- Error rate thresholds
4.3 Logs & Activity
Centralized log viewer with real-time streaming and filtering.
Real-time Streaming
- Filter by integration ID, status code, and date range
Log Categories
- API Logs – request/response metadata and payloads
- Webhook Logs – delivery attempts, retry history, failure reasons
Retention Policy
- Development plans – 7 days
- Enterprise plans – configurable retention
4.4 Rate Limits
Displays current API usage against configured thresholds. Includes per-endpoint and global limits.
4.5 Health Checks
Automated endpoint checks for integration availability. Configurable alert channels: Email, Slack, Webhook.
5. Platform Configuration
5.1 Environment Management
Supports multiple isolated environments (e.g., development, staging, production). Each environment maintains:
- Independent configurations
- Separate API keys
- Distinct connector instances
5.2 Team Management
Role-based user administration within an organization. Functions:
- Invite/remove team members
- Assign roles (Admin, Developer, Viewer)
- Audit user activity
