How to integrate my Trello account?

Overview​

To authenticate, you need:

  • API Key – Identifies your application to the Trello API
  • Personal Access Token – Grants permission to act on behalf of the user

Step 1: Create Your API Key and Personal Access Token​

  1. Visit the Power-Up Admin Portal – Go to Trello
  2. Start a New Integration – Click the Power-Ups and Integrations New button
  3. Provide Details – Enter your integration name and email, then click Create
  4. Access API Key – In the left-hand navigation, select API Key
  5. Generate API Key – Click Generate New API Key and copy the key for later use
  6. Generate Token – Click the generate a Token link provided on the page
  7. Authorize Access – Click Allow when prompted to grant access
  8. Copy Your Token – Copy the generated Personal Access Token and store it securely
