How to integrate Zendesk account?

Overview​

To authenticate and use Zendesk, you will need the following information:

  • Domain
  • Email Address
  • API Token

Step 1: Login to Zendesk​

  1. Go to Login | Zendesk and sign in with your account.

Step 2: Get Domain​

  1. Your domain is the base URL for your Zendesk tenant.
    Example: https://your_subdomain.zendesk.com

Step 3: Get Email Address​

  1. Use your Zendesk account email.

Step 4: Create an API Token​

  1. In Zendesk, click the Admin Center (gear icon).
  2. Navigate to Apps and Integrations → APIs.
  3. Under the API tokens section, click Add API Token.
  4. Enter a description for the token (e.g., "Unizo Integration").
  5. Click Save.
  6. Copy and save this token as it is displayed only once; it cannot be regenerated.
